Confidentiality

To protect your privacy, all client data is kept strictly confidential. All contact, including sessions, telephone conversations and emails, will be conducted in confidence and may be recorded. Prior to any recording, your agreement will be sought. All recordings, conversations and notes will remain confidential, except in the following circumstances:

Where you give permission for confidentiality to be broken
Where I am compelled a court of law
Where the information is of a nature that confidentiality cannot be maintained, for example:
The possibility of harm to yourself or others exists
In cases of fraud or crime
When minors (under 18 years old) are involved

I will seek your consent prior to using our work together in a formal testimonial. If you consent to a testimonial, you will have the option of remaining anonymous. All testimonials can be used on social media, my website, prospective client materials, and other places you would typically expect to see a testimonial, always keeping your anonymity.

I, Laura Irescu Iaru, may use some of our work as inspiration for podcast episodes, social media posts or emails to my list, but I will always maintain your anonymity.

Data Protection

For my services, your personal data is collected, processed, used and stored in accordance with the privacy policies in place and kept strictly private. By booking an appointment, you signify your acceptance of this.

By reading the present, you understand and agree:

The RTT Hypnotherapy & Coaching Services to be provided by the RTT Therapist Hypnotherapist (Laura Irescu Iaru) to you, the Client occur online or in person.

Liability and Indemnity

You, the Client, hereby release the RTT Therapist Practitioner Hypnotherapist (Laura Irescu Iaru) from any liability or claims that could be made against her concerning your mental and/or physical well-being during the work that has been outlined and agreed upon (now and in the future) by filling out and agreeing this form.

Under no circumstances will the RTT Therapist Practitioner Hypnotherapist (Laura Irescu Iaru) be liable for any damages, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, or other damages (including without limitation lost profits, lost revenues, or similar economic loss), whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, arising out of the advice or information provided to you during professional services provided by Laura Irescu Iaru. In addition, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Laura Irescu harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your participation in the professional services.

Free Initial Call

You will be offered a free 60 minute online initial consultation strategy call. No therapy will be provided during the consultation call.

The purpose of this initial consultation is to clarify your presenting issue and outcome, to explain you about RTT process, how it can be of help for your healing and transformation, how it works and to see if we are a good match. During these calls, estimates of the number of sessions required to deal with your presenting issue are given on the basis of the information presented at that time. Estimates are only rough guidelines and are subject to change.

Scope of Practice

You understand and agree that the RTT Therapist Practitioner Hypnotherapist (Laura Irescu Iaru) is a Certified Rapid Transformational Therapist Practitioner and Certified Hypnotherapist.

You understand and agree that the RTT Therapist Practitioner Hypnotherapist (Laura Irescu Iaru) is not a licensed physician or medical practitioner or counseling psychologist of any kind and that hypnotherapy should not be considered a replacement for the advice and/or services, of a psychiatrist, psychologist, psychotherapist, or doctor.

You understand and agree that the practitioner does not diagnose or treat disease and is not a physician.

You understand and agree that RTT sessions are not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment from a qualified medical practitioner. There is not, nor will there be, any type of psychological therapy/counseling included within the session. If these services are needed, or the need for them is identified at any stage during the package, it is the client´s responsibility to seek these services from a licensed professional.

You, the Client understand and agree that RTT Hypnotherapy/Coaching, which is not advice, not medical treatment, not traditional therapy, nor counseling, may address discussions of your past, needs, or general conditions in your life or profession.

Guarantee

However, you, the Client understand and agree that participation in the hypnotherapy/coaching does not guarantee specific outcomes, including increased financial gains, personal/business success or health outcomes.

You understand and agree that:

- RTT Hypnotherapy embraces many of the positive aspects of hypnosis and hypnotherapy that are known to produce a transformative effect on clients:

- the use of trance, regression, and hypnotic condition.

that RTT aims to deliver powerful change often in a single 2-3 hrs session. More complex issues may need up to 3 sessions.
that as with any hypnotherapy, results may vary and are not guaranteed.
that It is an interactive complementary modality where the client is involved with the practitioner to uncover the meaning and interpretation of previous events in life and then changing that meaning and interpretation.
that you will be regressed back to scenes in your childhood in order to work on memories and events that are the root, the cause, and the reason for your presenting issue/problem.
that when regressed to previous events in your life, you are simply reviewing them, not reliving them; and this allows you to understand their meaning in relation to the current problem/challenges you have. This leads to powerful change.

Participation

By booking an RTT Session, you agree and give The RTT Therapist Practitioner Hypnotherapist (Laura Irescu Iaru) full permission to hypnotize you and to use Rapid Transformational Therapy® knowing that by participating fully, 100% committed and responsible in the process healing transformation journey and by listening to your personalized recording for at least 21 days and as long as it´s necessary afterwards, you play a major important role in your overall success.

Client Responsibilities

You agree that full participation is necessary to achieve your goals.

As such, you commit to being present and on time for all sessions.

Any tardiness of more than 15 minutes for individual sessions will be forfeited and you will lose that individual session, unless 24-hour notice is given to the practitioner by e-mail.

In any event, cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a lost session without a refund of any payments made, no refunds made or due to be paid.

You accept and agree that you are one hundred percent (100%) responsible for your own progress and results, by following the healing transformation journey in the time after the session, by listening to your bespoke transformation recording every day for at least 21 days and as long as it´s necessary to allow it to wire in, reprogram your mind with the desired result, until your desired result becomes your new reality.

You accept and agree that the practitioner makes no representations or guarantees verbally or in writing regarding any results.

Hypnotherapy Recordings

Hypnotherapy recordings should not be listened to whilst driving, operating machinery or undertaking any other activity where concentration is required. Any recording provided is for your personal use only and must not be shared, lent, copied or sold under any circumstances.

Standards of Behaviour

During the course of any therapy sessions, I will treat you with respect and not abuse the trust you place in me. I will use best practice at all times in our mutual interest. In return, you undertake not to harm yourself, or any other person, including me, or any property belonging to either me or any other person.

You agree not to attend sessions under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs, except those medications which have been prescribed by your doctor. If you do attend any sessions under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs, or demonstrate violent or abusive behaviour, I will cancel the session and may refuse to see you for any further sessions without refunding any payment already made.

Session Fees and Refunds

All professional fees will be disclosed to you prior to booking. My professional fees are subject to review and may increase from time to time. You will always receive confirmation of the professional fees before booking.

Sessions fees, including follow up coach calls and bespoke recordings are for my time, energy and professional expertise and are not a guarantee of a successful outcome. Therefore, No refunds will be given for any sessions where you have attended and paid for the session.

Where a discount package or therapy program has been booked and paid for in advance, if you choose to discontinue your therapy process before attending all the sessions, a pro rata refund will be issued after deduction of the full standard session fee for any sessions you have attended.

Medical or Psychological Conditions

I may ask questions about your medical history to establish any contra-indications to treatment. This will also help to assess whether your health is affecting (or being affected by) the therapeutic goals you wish to achieve. Please update me of any medical changes during your course of therapy, or if you are returning to therapy after a period of absence.

Please note that I will be Unable to offer my professional services if you suffer from epilepsy, schizophrenia or any form of psychosis.

Age Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in online and in person sessions.
